Know the Law: Patients’ Rights

As a patient, you are not committing a crime by buying or possessing personal amounts of medical marijuana. Due to vague laws, however, your provider is at risk for persecution.  Please help the cause and assert your right to remain silent when questioned by officers.  You could do a lot of damage by saying the wrong thing.  It is always best to tell the officer that you respectfully would like to remain silent.
